New Patient Registration

You will need to be within the catchment area of the Practice to register with us - please see below. The receptionist will provide you with a form to fill in and sign which you will then return to the surgery.

You will also be given a short questionnaire to fill in to provide the Practice with vital information while awaiting your notes from your previous practice.

You will be registered with the Practice and not a specific doctor. However, you may request a doctor of your choice when making an appointment

Practice Catchment Area

Our Practice area covers all of the West Bridgford, Gamston and Edwalton area with NG2 and NG12 postcodes.

In order to provide a high standard of home visit care we are unable to take from outside this area.

Also to maintain continuity of care we are unable to take NG11 postcodes as some of these fall under the umbrella of the Nottingham City Primary Care Trust and our practice comes under the Nottinghamshire County Primary Care Trust.

Temporary Residents

If any friends or relatives are staying with you and need a doctor we will be happy to see them as temporary residents.
