GP Registrars

St. George’s Medical Practice is a GP teaching practice of The University of Nottingham.  We therefore have Registrar Doctors working at the practice.  They are fully qualified doctors who are working with us to gain experience working in a General Practice environment.

Medical Students

We are also linked to Nottingham University Medical School providing placements for medical students.  They may be in their 1st, 2nd or 4th year of training when they come to us.  You may find a student present during your consultation with the clinician.  If you prefer not to have a student present, please let the clinician know and the student will be asked to leave the room.

Nurse Students

We also from time to time have nurse students on placement to gain experience in General Practice
