The doctors are entitled to decide what services to provide that fall outside the NHS contractual obligations. Non-NHS services that the doctors choose to offer may have a charge. These services include insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, fit to fly letters, HGV health checks, local council letters and many others. Our fees are advertised in the reception area.
